Bagaimana cara kerja katup diafragma?
Katup diafragma Alfa Laval memiliki dua mode operasi: operasi manual menggunakan pegangan dan operasi otomatis menggunakan aktuator pneumatik.
Untuk operasi manual, cukup putar pegangan untuk mengangkat kompresor ke atas. Tindakan ini akan menjauhkan diafragma dari bendung badan katup, dan membuka katup. Memutar pegangan ke arah yang berlawanan akan mendorong kompresor ke bawah mendekati diafragma, menekan diafragma ke bendung badan katup dan menutup katup.
Untuk operasi otomatis, aktuator pneumatik mengontrol gerakan aksial piston, sehingga dapat membuka atau menutup katup, tergantung pada fungsi aktuator.
